● Assemblage :  80% Grenache – 20% Syrah

● Rendement :  45 hl à l’hectare

● Vinification :  égrappage, cuvaison de 15 jours avec 2 délestages et remontages légers par la suite. Le grenache et la syrah sont vinifiés séparément puis assemblés 3 à 4 mois après la fin des cuvaisons.
